If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return, exchange or refund your item(-s).
You can return / exchange your purchase within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund / exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Non-refundable, non-exchangeable:

Items that are not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts.

Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery date.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, unless:

The products are faulty or not as described on our site;

The reason for return is due to Emporium MJ error, such as an error in pricing, description or a delay in delivery.
Sale Items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchange:
An item can be exchanged if:

It is defective, damaged or the wrong size.

A different variation of the same item is preferred – i.e. colour, design etc.
In all other cases the item must be returned for refund, and a new order placed for the new item. Except for cases of defective, damaged or incorrect goods, shipping fees for return and the dispatch of the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser – we will provide you with details of these charges upon receipt of your exchange request.
Shipping:
You don’t have to worry about dispatching the return. For your convenience we will contact you to arrange a pick up by our courier.
